Registered devices send log data or events to the cloud that are stored securely.  Using a web portal or a mobile app, individuals with the right login credentials can see the device data, send updates to the device or even control the device if allowed.

The cloud portal also gives managers the ability to group devices to see aggregate data, control who sees what data, and download data to create reports.  The web portal can be configured to send notifications when certain events happen. Data can be used to trigger emails and texts. The email can have specific content that helps manage the device, diagnose problems or anticipate issues.
